Our Limited Collection Lulu Ruffle Bloomers are super sweet with a higher, ruffled waist band, which is fully elasticated. We like to think of ourselves as bloomer aficionados, and the bunchy fit of these is just as bloomers should be. A soft elastic ensures a comfortable fit on baby's belly and thighs.
