What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards in addition to Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
What is your standard lead time?
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed. Upon completing your order, you will be sent an automatic order confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, a second email will notify you of tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Possibly! Please email email@example.com and we will be happy to help if the order has not yet been shipped. Please note that we cannot change, cancel, or combine orders during high volume launch periods (such as Apolina and Bonjour Diary launch weeks).
What if my order is damaged?
If you have received an item that is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving the order with a description and photo.
