Shipping & Returns
We ship via UPS and USPS. Your rate will be automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as its destination. All orders over $150 ship free!
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on all unused, unworn, or otherwise undamaged items within 14 days of delivery*. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Please email email@example.com to alert us that you intend to initiate a return. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. All sales are considered final 14 days after delivery.
Kindly pack the item(s) in the same condition that you received them, with all original hangtags attached, and with their original packaging. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s).
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days once we have received your return to see the refund reflected on your statement.
Please note that all sale items (which include both items on markdown and items purchased with a discount code, such as over Black Friday), gift cards, and personalized or made-to-order products are nonrefundable.
* Please note that returns for Apolina, Bonjour Diary, Louisiella, and Misha & Puff items ordered during Launch Weeks are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders placed for Apolina, Bonjour Diary, Louisiella, and Misha & Puff are not subject to a restocking fee when they are placed outside of Launch Week. Launch Week is defined as the day of Launch and the six (6) days following.
Do you ship internationally?
While we do not currently automatically accept international orders to most locations outside the US directly on our website, we are happy to do so.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your address and order and we will be in touch with next steps. Please note that we try to accommodate requests for international orders where possible, but cannot shop overseas during high volume launch periods (such as Apolina or Bonjour Diary). All international sales are final sale.
