We love this white and blue gingham cotton blouse. Four lines of handmade smocks define the yoke between which flowers with golden lurex hearts are embroidered. The underside of the smocks is lined in cotton voile for comfort. Elasticated ruffles on the shoulders and a square neckline. Natural mother-of-pearl buttons down the back.
